  • September 13th

    Enthusiastic birding guide Megan Heneke will lead a birding walk through Hoyt Park to spot fall migrants as they move through the area. Please bring binoculars if you have them. This event will be space limited; please sign up here.

    8:00-10:00 AM. We will meet at the historic Main Entrance on Regent St (near Capital High).

  • September 16th

    Save the date. The FoHP annual membership meeting will feature Badger Talks presenter professor David Drake of the UW Urban Canid Project. This talk is open to the public and will be followed by the FoHP membership business meeting.

    6:00- 8:15 PM. We will be gathering at the Midtown Police Precinct community room at 4020 Mineral Point Rd, Madison.

  • September 17th

    Join FoHP and the Madison Mycological Society for our Third Thursday Walk series. The topic for the September guided evening walk will be fungi. Fall is a great time to view all the interesting fungi in the park and the MMS experts know where to find them.

    6:30-7:30PM. Bring your friends and family and meet at the Historic Main Entrance on Regent St. (near Capital High), parking on Regent and Larkin St.
